The initial list of properties to be exposed for sale at the Tax Upset Sale will be published in the local newspapers during the week of July 29, 2019 and will also appear on the Elk County Tax Claim website. Properties on this list have unpaid taxes from 2017 and prior years. To understand more about the Tax Claim process, you can click here. The Elk County Tax Claim Bureau is pleased to offer The Velocity Payment System which is a secure, easy to navigate system that allows the tax payer to log on and pay their delinquent real estate taxes by check or credit card from home.
