Domestic Relations
The Elk County Domestic Relations Section (D.R.S.) is a court office responsible for the location of absent parents and the establishment of paternity, child, and spousal support obligations. It is also responsible for the enforcement of those obligations which are established at the D.R.S.
- NEW: You can now update your address and employment information, file a Petition to Modify for your current support order, or open a new case by visiting http://www.childsupport.state.pa.us. There is no fee required to file paperwork online.
- For clients that are participating in the Work Search Reporting (WSR) program, all WSR submissions must be made through https://www.pacareerlink.pa.gov/jponline/.
